MYA MONTEITH
With over 30 years of experience in massage therapy, bodywork, and wellness, Mya brings a unique blend of science, intuition, and heart to her work. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to inspire others to live their best lives — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Mya’s journey through personal adversity and profound life change has shaped her into a guide for others seeking balance, healing, and renewal. She believes true transformation begins when we release what no longer serves us, reconnect with our body’s wisdom, and step courageously into a life of purpose and vitality.
A lifelong learner and passionate practitioner, Mya holds extensive credentials that reflect her holistic approach to health and healing:

Kylie Schultz
Please meet Kylie, Mya’s middle daughter and an integral part of the Above & Beyond Bodywork & Wellness team. Working alongside her mother, Kylie serves as both a PEMF & Laser Technician and front desk receptionist at the Wellness Center.
A natural healer with a lifelong connection to animals, Kylie is also a Certified Equine Massage Therapist and will be offering Equine Wellness Sessions beginning in Summer 2026. Her compassion, intuition, and energy bring a special touch to everything she does — whether she’s assisting clients in the office or working with horses in the field.
From a young age, Kylie has demonstrated extraordinary determination and heart. Having overcome her own life challenges, she found deep personal transformation at her family’s farm through the art of bodywork, Reiki, and herbal healing with horses. She’s been working with horses since the age of two, earning her first certification as a Junior in high school, and her advanced certification as a Senior.
Kylie plans to continue expanding her education in both equine and human wellness, bringing a holistic approach to the healing world. Her unique gift lies in her ability to communicate with horses on an energetic level — creating a space of calm, trust, and genuine connection.
She is currently accepting appointments for PEMF and Laser Therapy treatments at the wellness center.

Originally from Cameron, Wisconsin, Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UW–River Falls and will be graduating in December with her Associate of Applied Science in Massage Therapy (A.A.S.) from Northwestern Health Sciences University.
Emily brings both compassion and skill to her work, with hands-on experience in Swedish and Therapeutic Massageand a foundational understanding of reflexology. She also holds a Level One Healing Touch certification and, upon graduation, will receive her Level One Reiki certification — reflecting her commitment to energy-based and integrative healing practices.
Her future goals include expanding her education into lymphatic massage, craniosacral therapy, and equine massage, as well as pursuing licensure as a talk therapist to bridge the connection between physical and emotional wellness.
When she’s not working with clients, Emily enjoys caring for her beloved senior horse, Jedda, and her two cats, Sabrinaand Harlow. She and her husband love spending time outdoors — hiking, kayaking, and enjoying nature — as well as relaxing at home with family, gaming, and crafting.
